High-quality homemade food

On almost every wooden table, you will see high-quality homemade food made by our staff, such as homemade bread, homemade plum or fig jam, homemade blueberry juice, and winter salad.

The well-known tea of Jahorina, made from five medicinal herbs that the staff of the Termag Hotel collects on the mountain, then dries and thus obtains a 100% natural drink, prepared with love for each guest, gives a special sweetness to local food.

In addition to tea, the refreshment that the youngest guests especially enjoy is 100% natural apple juice, cold-pressed and without any additional sugar or additives.

We must not forget the juice from the blueberries that grow on the slopes of Jahorina, as well as the cake named after them, Blueberry Cream Cake.

All the pastries that entice you in the morning with the smell from the buffet table are made in our bakery, and the bread and pies are made according to the traditional recipe, just the way our grandmothers used to do it.

We buy a large number of foodstuffs such as potatoes, peppers, and cabbage from small domestic producers and thus help the development of domestic products.

A complete program of winter salads, such as sauerkraut, pickles and ajvar, is prepared by our hard-working staff, of which we particularly highlight the roasted peppers with garlic.

 

After a home-cooked meal, guests can enjoy skiing or sitting by the fireplace in the cafe of the Termag hotel, and when darkness completely covers Jahorina, our guests can dream the sweetest dreams in their rooms on buckwheat pillows.

With such a meal and sleep, it's no wonder that the guests are always full of energy for skiing and socializing the next day!
